Instructions for eAdvantage Phone System
  1. Dial 1-800-261-8053
  2.  Press 1 to indicate touch tone phone
  3. The system will ask for your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If this is the first time you have used the system, the PIN will be the last four digits of the primary owners social security number. You will be required to change your PIN at this time to a 4-digit number different from your SSN.
  4.  Select one of the categories below by pressing the corresponding number and follow the prompts

1 – Deposit accounts
2 – Funds transfer between accounts
     1 transfer between deposit accounts
     2 advance funds on a loan
     3 make a payment on loan
3 – Certificate of deposit accounts
4 – Loan and line of credit accounts
5 - General information
* - Cancel request at any time

To change your PIN, select option 1 or 4 from above menu options and listen to the prompts to change a pin.  (Note: Certificates of Deposit can be changed by selecting option 1(deposit) and choosing checking account). A pin must be changed on each account.
