How to Enroll

Enrolling is fast and easy. Just click on the Enroll button to the left From there click sign up and follow the instructions on the screens. You will be walked through a series of pages that provides you the necessary documents and asks for the appropriate information to verify the customer (note: you will need to know your last statement balance to sign up). You will be able to choose your own User ID and Password. Once you have enrolled, you can begin using Internet Banking immediately.

Note: If for some reason we are unable to verify the information requested, a notice will be sent to our Customer Service Representative and you will receive a notification from us once the enrollment process is completed. (usually within 2 business days)

You can also enroll right at the bank. If you would like, one of our Customer Service Representatives can enroll you and provide you with a temporary User ID and Password on the spot. You will be asked to change these the first time you log in.

Convenience

Internet Banking puts all of your account details at your fingertips. All you have to do is access your account and you can do much of your banking from your home. This is also a great time saver for all those who may be too busy to make a trip to the bank.

Security

The Internet Banking website is a secure site so that no one else could access your account. You get to chose your user id and password, so you can make them as complex as you would like. As an additional safety feature the site will log you off after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Account Information

You have the ability to access your deposit or loan accounts from anywhere in the world. You can view balances on checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit and loan accounts. You can check activity, find out interest earned or interest paid, and find out rates and maturities on your CD's. Nothing could be easier than managing your accounts with First Community Bank.

Transfer Funds

You tell us which accounts you would like to be able to transfer between and once we set it up, you can log in and transfer funds whenever you need to. Transfer funds between deposit accounts, transfer funds from a checking account to make a loan payment, or transfer funds from a home equity line of credit into your checking account. In addition, you can schedule a one-time transfer between your First Community Bank accounts, or schedule transfers to automatically occur on a regular basis. It's a great time-saver, easy to set up, and a great way to make sure transfers are made on schedule. We also have the convenience of being able to transfer funds between your First Community Bank account and another Financial Institution.

Stop Payments

No need to call or visit the bank. Now, with just a few keystrokes, you can enter stop payment requests for a single check or a range of check numbers.

Pay Bills

Are you tired of writing out checks to pay bills? Worried you might miss sending a payment because of your busy schedule? Do you want to have control over when automatic payments are sent to pay your bills? You can with our bill payment system. You can pay a single bill, set up to automatically pay recurring bills on a set date or set up all your regular bills and log on and select which ones you want to pay and when. You can also set up to pay bills out of multiple accounts and create custom reports to see who you paid and when. We've made it that easy and signing up is as easy as signing on. Just click on the Bill Payment tab within Internet Banking and it will walk you through the enrollment pages. Once you have been approved, you will receive an e-mail notification that your payment method has been approved. Then log in and get started.

Enroll for Bill Pay

If you are interested in Bill Payment, you will have the opportunity to continue on after you have enrolled in Internet Banking and enroll for Bill Payment. Or if you want to enroll later for Bill Payment, simply click on the Bill Payment tab from the Internet Banking home page and enroll. Enrolling for bill payment is not immediate. A notice will be sent to one of our Customer Service Representatives that you are applying for Bill Payment. Once approved, the Customer Service Representative will send you a response that you can begin using Bill Payment. (usually within 2 business days)

Download Activity

You will continue to receive your printed statements, however, you may want to download your transaction information into Microsoft Money. It makes account reconciliation a snap.

Set Alerts

Want to know when a certain check clears, when your balance reaches a pre-set amount, or when your Certificate of Deposit matures? You can set up to seven different alerts that trigger an automatic e-mail message to you. Another great tool for managing your cash
