President's Message
I would like to personally welcome you to the First Community Bank website. We have been part of the Milton community for almost one hundred years, and we look forward to serving the needs of our customers for another hundred. Without the support of our loyal customers, we wouldn’t be where we are today, and we are grateful to be an integral part of this community.
2009 has been a year where many realized the difference between a “big bank” and a local “community bank”. We are proud to be the latter and we will continue to provide the products and services that will allow for continued success for the community and the bank as well. We continue to be supportive of the many community activities that take place from Milton’s 4th of July celebration to youth sports activities. This year we worked closely with an eagle scout and provided funding for a new scoreboard at Liberty Park. We are proud to be a part of the activities that make Milton a great place to live.
In 2009 First Community Bank was excited to assist many in getting low cost home mortgages. The good news is that the opportunity still exists, so don’t delay contacting us for a review of your situation. We have also taken an active role in helping those who have experienced financial hardship. Beyond credit counseling, there are resources available that may provide help and we will do our best to connect people with the help they need. This is all part of being a “community bank”.
